Customs Warehouse

Pitarch Logística S.A. We have the Customs Warehouse authorization (DA) which allows us to provide our customers with the possibility of storing their goods which come from imports from non-EU countries for unlimited time and they are exempt from duties and taxes until the goods leave the warehouse.

Customs Warehouse Advantages (DA):

  • Imports from non-EU countries under  a tax suspension arrangement. Unlimited period  to be assigned an Economic Customs arrangement.
  • Defer the VAT import and Customs Duty payment, according to the sales generated to Spanish clients.  
  • Customs Duty and VAT import payment shall be made when goods leave the warehouse to be sold.
  • Transfer partially or totally the taxes on firm sales  made to UE customers or third countries.
  • Make  partial shipments and departures.
  • Companies that import products from other countries and resell them to third parties, may  enter the goods in Customs Warehouse  without a Customs Tariff, VAT and commercial policy measures for unlimited time.

There is the possibility of  handling the goods  before being sent for consumption or making the corresponding order subject to non-alteration of the goods from their original state.
